Q: How long will shipping take?

A: All orders are shipped within seven days AFTER processing. For any reason the provided shipping method is incorrect, contact [email protected] within 24 hours of purchase. 

If the package was sent to the wrong location, buyers are responsible for any extra shipping and handling costs. Be sure the mailing address is correct.

Kalilah Harry will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items due to the USPS.

Q: Can I return an item and get a refund if I don't like the product?

A: No, there are no refunds, exchanges, or returns after a product has been purchased. Be sure to double check shopping cart to confirm the product is indeed the one you want to purchase.
